Background Level (VIDEO mode only)
This function allows you to adjust the picture white balance ("RED" and "BLUE") for the selected video input to
achieve optimal image quality.
• This function cannot be used when RGB mode is selected.

a. Displaying the "SYSTEM SETUP"
screen
Press MENU to display the menu screen. Press
ADJUSTMENT ∂/ƒ to select "SYSTEM SET-
UP". Then press ENTER to display the "SYS-
TEM SETUP" screen.
b. Checking the system setup
The current system condition, including the
lamp usage time, will be displayed.
• In VIDEO mode, the resolution and frequency settings will
not be displayed.
To return to normal screen, press MENU.
a. Displaying the "BACKGRND LVL"
screen
Press MENU to display the menu screen. Press
ADJUSTMENT ∂/ƒ to select "BACKGRND
LVL". Then press ENTER to display the
"BACKGRND LVL" screen.
b. Adjusting the background level
1. Press ADJUSTMENT ∂/ƒ to select the
item you want to adjust. To display only the
adjustment item, press ENTER after
selecting the item. Only the setting screen
for the selected adjustment item will appear.
2. Press ADJUSTMENT ß/© to move the
mark of the selected adjustment item to
the desired setting.
To return to normal screen, press MENU.
