Installing the Batteries

This model can be powered by the following batteries.
Use four of each type.
AA alkaline battery, AA Ni-MH battery, AA oxyride battery

Make sure that the mode switch
is in the OFF position

Turn ① counterclokwise to the
OPEN● position

Pull the battery cap straight out
4
Insert four batteries aligned to
the + and - marks
Take care to insert the batteries in
the correct direction.

Apply silicon grease to the
battery cap's O-ring
Check the O-ring to make sure
there are no scratches or debris,
and apply a light coating of the
included silicon grease.
