    Do not service or perform maintenance while the product is in use. At a minimum, check all items listed during annual preventive maintenance for all Stryker Medical products. You may need to perform preventive maintenance checks more frequently based on your level of product usage. Service only by qualified personnel.

    If Stryker determines, in its sole discretion, that one or more parts is defective within the above noted warranty periods, then Stryker may, at its option, either repair or replace the Isolibrium product or part.

  • Page 36: Damaged Product

    Stryker will file a freight claim with the appropriate carrier for damages incurred. Claims will be limited in amount to the actual replacement cost. In the event that this information is not received by Stryker within the fifteen (15) day period following the delivery of the product, or the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt, the customer will be responsible for payment of the original invoice in full within thirty (30) days of receipt.
