REMOVING THE BEARINGS

To remove the bearings you'll need the following tools:
• Bearing Installation Tool (T1/T2/T3)
• 2x Plastic Presshead (T6)

Remove the end caps by inserting the bearing
installation tool spindle (T1&T2) into one side of
the hub and gently tap out the end-caps on
both sides (1 & 8).

Place the two small threaded plastic pressheads
(T6) on a bearing as shown in the image and
insert the bearing removal tool (T1&T2).

Place the small spacer (T8) on the opposite side
of the hub and start to screw on the handle (T3)
of the bearing removal tool

Gently increase the pressure until the
bearing is released.

Leave the axle (5) in place and repeat steps 2-4
on the opposite side.
