Chocolate ice cream
Grated chocolate ........................ 50 g
Gelatin ......................................... 5 g
Milk .........................................250 ml
Cream ....................................150 ml
Sugar ......................................... 50 g
Mix well the milk, heavy cream, sugar
and gelatin. Pour the mixture into the
inner bowl with the paddle running.
When the mixture starts to freeze
add the grated chocolate down the
chute. Allow to freeze until the desired
consistency is achieved.
Strawberry ice cream
Strawberry / Strawberry juice ...... 50 g
Gelatin ......................................... 5 g
Milk .........................................200 ml
Cream ....................................150 ml
Sugar ......................................... 50 g
Mash the strawberry and filtrate, mix well
the strawberry juice, milk, heavy cream,
sugar and gelatin. Pour the mixture
into the inner bowl with the paddle
running. Allow to freeze until the desired
consistency is achieved.
Lemon ice cream
Lemon / Lemon juice .................50 ml
Gelatin ......................................... 5 g
Milk .........................................200 ml
Cream ....................................150 ml
Sugar ......................................... 50 g
Mash the lemon and filtrate, mix well
the lemon juice, milk, heavy cream,
sugar and gelatin. Pour the mixture
into the inner bowl with the paddle
running. Allow to freeze until the desired
consistency is achieved.

Grape / Grape juice .................... 50 g
Gelatin ......................................... 5 g
Milk .........................................200 ml
Cream ....................................150 ml
