OPERATION

Before first use
1. Remove all of the packaging.
2. Wash the parts. See "Maintenance".
3. Place the inner bowl into a freezer
eight hours in advance.
4. Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mix
(see "Recipes").
5. Allow the mixture to cool in the
refrigerator.

Operation
1. Fit the outer bowl
onto the supporter,
It will click into
place.
2. Remove the inner bowl from the
freezer and put it into the outer
bowl. Turn the inner bowl anti-
clockwise to fit into the outer bowl.
3. Fit the paddle unit into
the inner bowl.
4. Fit the power unit into
the lid, It will click into place. Push
the button and take out the power
unit from the lid.
