When configuring by SMS message it
holds to turn on the output while it
was defined then will it turn off.
In case of adding parameter '0' value
the output will be operated in normal
mode, it doesn't switches back (e.g.
setup to value 1 for the OUT1: after
the
defined
switched to 0).
Default value: -
Like: OUTHDEL=0 (the output value
is 0 which means normal operation
mode without delay)
