To switch the Panasonic NN-CT641M microwave back from oven mode to microwave mode, press the Stop/Reset pad to cancel the current function. This will return the display to the clock or last item entered. Then, select the microwave cooking mode by pressing the appropriate button and setting the desired time and power level. Press Start to begin microwave cooking.

Have a Panasonic MW, model NN-CT651M. Used it for nearly 4 years without any problem. All of a sudden getting sparks when being used inside of MW from right hand wall. There is a square metallic plate where sparks are seen from. No metal item is being used while heating inside MW. When I saw inside, nothing abnormal is seen except a small metal pin protruding downwards from roof on right hand top. It can be seen zooming on the image enclosed. Hoping that is normal. Pls advise what should be done.
