    Safety Intended use The clamping unit KEC is intended to serve both as an individual product and integrated into a DNC cylinder (for cylinders with clamping unit DNCKE) for holding, clamping and inhibiting the movement of round material. Foreseeable misuse The clamping unit is not intended as a brake.

    DNCKE/KEC Adjustment of the clamping unit Note Adjusting is not required for initial start-up of DNCKE. 1. Exhaust the cylinder in a stable position (e.g. if installed vertically, at the lowest point). 2. Pressurise the supply port 2 with at least 3.8 bar.
