Components and functions Components and functions 1 GAIN Turn the input gain control clockwise to increase the degree of distortion. 2 DC 9V Connection for the external power supply with 9 V DC. When an external power supply is used, the battery supply is cut off automatically. 3 VOLUME Turn this control clockwise to increase the volume.

Components and functions Changing the battery To insert or change the battery, disconnect a possibly used power adapter from the mains socket. Turn the pedal over, press lightly on the battery compartment cover and slide it down- wards in the direction of the arrow. Remove the back cover. Insert/replace the 9 V DC battery paying attention to the polarity markings and place the cover again into its original position until it locks.
