Components and functions Components and functions 1 INTENSITY Turn this knob clockwise to increase the intensity of the effect. 2 DC 9V Connection for power supply via an external DC 9V adaptor. When using external power supply, the battery supply is automatically disconnected. 3 RATE Turn this knob clockwise to increase the speed of the effect. - Page 11 You can either use a 9 V battery or the DC 9 V connection for an external power supply. - Page 12 Components and functions Changing the battery To insert or change the battery, disconnect a possibly used power adapter from the mains socket. Turn the pedal over, press lightly on the battery compartment cover and slide it down‐ wards in the direction of the arrow. Remove the back cover. Insert/replace the 9 V DC battery paying attention to the polarity markings and place the cover again into its original position until it locks.
