If you use both USB ports, a voltage of 5 V will be output at both
outputs. The maximum output current must not exceed
3 A for both outputs.

It may not be possible to charge a Qi compatible
device.
The mobile device is already fully charged.
Take away the fully charged device for use, until its internal
battery was drained again. Then put device back to Qi
charging surface
The mobile device has become very hot as a result of
charging.
Remove the mobile device from the wireless charging surface
7 for a few hours to let it cool down, and also check if your
product was damaged.
This product is in a location where strong radio waves or
noise is being generated, such as TV towers, electric power
plants, or gas stations.
Under this environment, use other output port, such as USB
Type C or Type A port for charging up your mobile device.
