Manual Tele-Frame System (MTF) Underside-Mount Application

1) Mark the hole locations for he mounting clamps (Figs 1 – 3)

4) Secure the mid crossbar in place (Fig 4)

5) Secure the roller assembly in place (Fig 5-10)

6) Secure the outer crossbar in place (Fig 11-13)

Mark the hole locations for the mounting clamps, position and secure mounting clamps and

actuators into place

NOTE – the actuators must be aligned (parallel) to ensure proper functioning of the shade system.

Page 2 For each location, mark the bolt hole locations. Drill through the top structure with a 3/8 drill bit and thru bolt the actuator in place using the 5/16 screws provided along with the backing plates. Use loctite with the thru bolts. Secure the actuators to the mounting clamps.
Page 3 Secure the roller assembly in place Hold the roller in position so you can slide the roller shafts (port and starboard) into the roller (Fig 4 & 4A). Note: Position the roller so that the canvas unrolls from the top of the roller (Fig 5). Do not secure roller to the shafts just yet. Fig 4 Fig 4A Unroll the canvas from the roller (Fig 5) and let the canvas hang over the mid crossbar (Fig 6)
