    Remove the transport pins to release the cable puller (photo 3) and boom section (photo 4) from the mobile cart. Model 66 Cable Puller shown pinned for transport on mobile cart. Turn the boom section in the direction needed for the type pull (UP or DOWN). See common setups on page 11.
