HOW TO ADJUST THE DRIVE BELT

If the pedals slip while you are pedaling, even when
the resistance is at the highest level, the drive belt may
need to be adjusted. Follow the instructions below to
adjust the drive belt.
See the EXPLODED DRAWING on page 23.
Identify the Left and Right Shields (28, 29). Remove
the M4 x 20mm Self-tapping Screws (51) and the
M4 x 20mm Screws (52) from the Left and Right
Shields; note which type of Screw you remove from
each hole.
Then, move the Right Shield (29) out of the way and
locate the M6 x 100mm Bolt (53). Turn the Bolt until the
Drive Belt (63) is tight.

When the drive belt is correctly adjusted, reattach the
right shield.
