Foot Brace Adjustment

The balls of your feet should rest evenly against the foot braces (Figure 1)
Your knees should be slightly bent and resting on the padding that is positioned
under the thigh braces and the underside of the deck. Your legs should be in
a comfortable, relaxed and supported position.
Adjusting the distance between the seat and pedal is a simple procedure. Turn up
the flag in front of the foot pedal track to a 90° angle so it points to the middle of
the cockpit (Figure 2). This frees the locking lugs from the actual pedal. To move
the pedal forward or backward simply push or pull the pedal on its track until it is
in the desired position (Figure 3). This adjustment can be made using your foot or
your hand. Once in place, simply flip the flag lever to the down position to lock.
