If you have been using the printer in the past, just make sure it produces a perfect nozzle pattern before proceeding
with the Eco-Flo installation. If the Nozzle pattern has any gaps whatsoever, then run cleaning cycles until it prints
perfectly.
This quick set-up guide is designed to be used in conjunction with the installation CD supplied which contains video
help files (for both MAC & PC formats).
DO NOT INSTALL THE ECO-FLO IF YOUR PRINTER IS NOT FULLY FUNCTIONAL!
INSTALLATION OF YOUR ECO-FLO KIT
Step 1 Tube Measurement
This is optional and does not need to be carried out, certain customers will not have the space for the ink bottles to
be assembled next to the printer, but for those of you who do, it is recommended to cut down the extra tubes.
Measure the length of the printer by holding the injectors on the right hand side of the printer, lay the tubing length
the full width of the printer and then add 10" approx to determine the correct tube length required.
Step 2 Cutting the Tubes to the Correct Length
You are now ready to cut the tubes down to the point you marked earlier, now using a pair of scissors cut all tubes
by snipping gently across
