4.7) Description of the Pandrol FCX clip

FCX CLIPS have 3 positions:
PARKING POSITION:
All components are captive.
INSULATOR CHANGE POSITION:
The FCX clip is withdrawn to the rear stop to
facilitate side post insulator removal.
