Cause
The feed dog is too low.
The presser foot pressure is too small.
The feed dog is worn out.
The presser foot floats and does not fully
press work.
The feed dog and presser foot work on
one side only.
The needle is bent or the needle tip is

The upper or lower thread tension is too
weak or too strong.

CAUTION:
・ It is extremely dangerous to leave any pieces of broken needle sticking in the material. If the
needle breaks, search for all pieces until the whole of the needle is found again.
・ Furthermore, we recommend that thorough steps be taken to account for such needles to comply
with product liability regulations.

10. TROUBLESHOOTING
Remedy
Adjust the feed dog height.
