Try restarting the N10/N100. If the message is still displayed,
contact our technical support for assistance.
The connected USB drive may be malfunctioning. Try another
USB drive.
Make sure only one USB drive is connected to the N10/N100
when formatting.
Make sure the backup drive that contains backup data is
connected to the USB 2.0 port.
Add an account.
Put the N10/N100 on a network that can access the Internet.
Make sure that the username and password are correct.
The music database server may be under maintenance. Please
wait for a while and try again later.
