    ICROWAVE OVEN Control Panel Buttons(MW4390W) Instant Cook Buttons Instant settings to cook popular foods. One Minute+ Press once for every minute of cook- ing at High power. Defrost Number Buttons Sets cooking times. Power Level Sets power to a level other than high. Clock Sets current time.

    The first time you plug the power cord into an out- let, or after there has been an interruption in power, the display shows “SAMSUNG SO SIM- PLE.” At this point, you can select a language and weight system for the display. You can choose between English, French or Spanish and pounds (LBS) or kilograms (KG).

    PERATION Using the Instant Cook Buttons Press the Instant Cook button corre- sponding to the food you are cooking (Popcorn, for example). The display shows the first serving size: MICRO HELP Press the button repeatedly to select the serving size you want. The display will cycle through all available serving sizes.

    Using the Defrosting The defrost setting is designed for speedy thawing of frozen food and is one great advantage of the microwave oven. (Power level of 30% is automati- cally set for defrosting) Use the Number buttons to set a defrost- ing time.

    PERATION Using the More/Less Button The More/Less button allows you to adjust pre- set cooking times. It only works with the Instant Cook buttons.
