    Pressure Relief Procedure Pressure Relief Grounding Procedure Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure whenever you see this symbol. The equipment must be grounded to reduce the risk of static sparking. Static sparking can cause fumes to ignite or explode. Grounding provides an escape wire for the electric current.

    System Requirements System Requirements Gun Trigger Lock • Install a bleed-type master air valve on a pneumatic pump air supply line to relieve air trapped between this valve and pump after air regulator is shut off.     Spray Tip Installation Spray Tip Installation 3. Install tip cylinder (20c) as shown. Turn 90° counterclockwise to spray position, so the arrow faces forward. Install assembled RAC onto spray gun. To avoid serious injury from skin injection, do not put your hand in front of the spray tip when installing or removing the spray tip and tip guard.

    Operation Operation Adjusting Spray Pattern The spray tip orifice and spray angle determine pattern coverage and size. When you need more coverage, use a larger spray tip rather than increasing fluid pressure. 1. Follow the Pressure Relief Procedure, page 6. Engage the trigger lock.

    Maintenance Maintenance 2. Disconnect the trigger guard from the gun body by pushing up on the guard hook and pulling it out of the notch. Failure to clean or replace the filter or damaged handle bore can result in serious injury. Before performing any maintenance on the gun, read all warnings in this manual and relieve pressure.
