3. Do not tighten hardware until instructed to do so. If hardware is tightened too soon, mounting holes
may not align and parts may not easily fit together. Leave locknuts slightly loose until you are instructed to
tighten them.

Attach wood bottom board (#25) to caster rails (#12) as shown in figure 1. T urn caster rail as shown and attach board (#25) with four thumb screws (#27).
