The tiller angle adjustment allows you to position the dash closer or further away from
you for better access to the controls.
Locate the angle adjusting lever where is located
on the center of the tiller.
Hold the weight of the tiller with on hand and loosen
the lever by pulling up the lever with the other hand.
Pushing down will release the tiller locking mechanism,
allowing you to move the tiller freely.
Release the lever and try to move the tiller back
an forth slightly allowing the lever to lock.
