Jack Maintenance

Before each use, check each jack foot for damage and
remove any mud or debris. The jacks must be clean and
in good operating condition to properly support the unit.

Trailer Wheel Bearings

The trailer axles are equipped with grease fittings to allow
lubrication of the wheel bearings without the need to
disassemble the axle hub. Use only a high quality grease
made specifically for lubrication of wheel bearings, such
as Valvoline W615 or equivalent.
See

clean cloth and replace the rubber plug.
The minimum recommended lubrication is every 12
months or 12,000 miles (19,312 km). More frequent
lubrication may be required under extremely dusty or
damp operating conditions.
Every six months, or depending on usage, check for play
in each bearing by jacking up the trailer, then trying to
rock the wheel. If further assistance is required, contact
