Are there any restrictions for using
the calendar with Lotus Notes®?
Yes. If you are a Lotus Notes® user, you cannot
create appointments that span multiple days.
Also, you can only edit the Subject, Location,
Reminder, and Notes fields and the Mark as
Private check box when editing the series for a
recurring appointment or meeting. When editing a
recurring meeting that you created, you can also
edit the meeting participants.
How do I expand the number of
hours that are shown in the
calendar?
In the calendar options, change the Start of Day
and End of Day fields.
How do I change the day of the week
that is shown first when viewing the
calendar in Week view?
In the calendar options, change the First Day Of
Week field.
How do I scroll through the
calendar in each view?
In Day view, press the Control Ring up or down to
move through the hours in a day. Press the Control
Ring to the top of the screen to select a day in the
navigation bar. Press the Control Ring left or right
to move from one day to the next.
In Week view, press the Control Ring up or down
to move vertically through the hours in a day.
Press the Control Ring left or right to move
horizontally through the days of the week. Press
Fn + the Control Ring left or right to move from
one week to the next.
In Month view, press the Control Ring up or down
to move horizontally through the days of the
month. Press the Control Ring left or right to move
vertically between weeks. Press Fn + the Control
Ring left or right to move from one month to the
next.
In Agenda view, press the Control Ring up or
down to move through the appointments. Press
the Control Ring left or right to move through
days.
How do I change how long
appointments remain in the phone
calendar?
To change the number of days your phone will
keep in the calendar, in the calendar options, set
the Keep Appointments field.
