Warming-up Operation

IMPORTANT: The proper machine operating hydraulic
oil temperature is 50 to 80 ° ° ° ° C corre-
sponding to the green zone of the hy-
draulic oil temperature gauge on the
monitor panel. If the machine is operated
excessively when the oil temperature is
lower than 20 ° ° ° ° C, damage to the hydrau-
lic components may result.
Start the engine and warm up the machine until the hydrau-
lic oil temperature reaches 20 °C in the following proce-
dures before starting to work.
1. Run the engine at slow idle speed for 5 minutes.
2. Increase the engine speed to middle speed by operat-
ing the fuel lever. Run the engine for 5 minutes with
the bucket held in the rolled-out (tilted-out) position
while relieving the hydraulic oil pressure for 10 to 15
seconds at an interval of 5 to 10 seconds.
3. Increase the engine speed to the middle speed. Run
the engine for 5 to 10 minutes with the boom raised
position while relieving the hydraulic oil pressure for
10 to 15 seconds at an interval of 5 to 10 seconds.
