• The current microphone pickup area is shown in dark
green and light green. Sounds picked up from the dark
green area provide the highest quality sounds. The
uncolored (white) area shows the area where the
microphone cannot pick up sounds well. We suggest
speaking within the microphone pick up area (within
1.5 m of the microphone).

graphic is displayed.

Since this unit works according to the USB standard, it
may turn on the attenuator or speaker mute function
automatically to protect the system in case the unit detects
high audio levels. If this happens repeatedly, turn down the
volume.
6 Select "Wide", "Stereo" or "Mono" for the
playback mode. The EUPHONY system works in
case "Wide" or "Stereo" is selected. This unit
reproduces stereo sound giving wider
surrounding feeling in the "Wide" mode
compared to "Stereo".
"Wide" and "Stereo" settings are available only
when "USB bandwidth usage" is set to
"Wideband" and the operation mode is set to
"Speaker".
7 Update the firmware of this unit. For details, refer
to "Using the Latest Features" (page 16).
