Operation
FOM 310 was calibrated in factory
in such a way that you can obtain
optimum measuring results by using
commercial fritter/frying oils.
3.1 Switching on the FOM 310
Switch on the instrument by pressing
the "ON/HOLD" button (A).
The device will perform a system test
during which all segments of the display
are visible in the display (B). Sub-
sequently the presently selected
oil type e.g. "SEMIL" appears (C).
FOM 310 is ready for measurement, if
"OIL" and "SEMIL" is displayed (D).

Utilisation
Le FOM 310 a été ajusté en usine
de manière à garantir des résultats
optimaux lors de la mesure des huiles
de friture commercialisées.
3.1 Mise en marche du FOM 310
Mettez en marche l' instrument en appuyant
sur la touche »ON/HOLD« (A).
L'instrument effectue en premier un test du
système pendant lequel tous les éléments
de l'afficheur sont visibles (B).
Par suite apparaît pendant le type de l´huile
sélectionnée , par ex. „SEMIL"(C).
Le FOM 310 est prêt pour la mesure lorsqu´il
apparait le message „OIL" et „SEMIL"dans
l'afficheur (D).
