• Format the memory card using

• Files cannot be played as the
memory card format is not
supported by the camcorder. Use
the memory card after formatting
or the new one for recording with
a camcorder.
• Change the memory card with the
one recommended.
• Record video at a lower resolution
and quality.
• Replace memory card with a
faster card.

• Turn the camcorder's power off
and on for data recovery.
