IC106 and IC111?

When JOG WHEEL is touched, is wavelength of 2pin, 6pin
and 12pin changing of IC106 and IC111?
(See Fig.1-7-2 of the 52 page.)
Is waveform inputed to 2pin of IC104 and 5pin of IC110?
(See Fig.1-7-3 of the 52 page.)
When the top of JOG WHEEL is touched, is waveform inputed
to 20pin and 28pin of IC100 changed?
Replace IC100.
