Repair/Replacement and Calibration

Replacing Rollers

Remove the treadmill hood and power as described in
1.
page 5-4.
Remove optional siderails.

Remove the poly-V drive belt as previously described

Loosen the four Phillips screws securing the rear roller guards. (Four wing nuts hold

the screws in place on the underside of the treadmill.)
Remove the end caps from both sides of the belt at the rear of the walking platform.

Remove the siderail insert from one side of the deck, then loosen the two setscrews
6.
that hold the siderail covers to the siderails.
Slide the siderail cover back 10 inches.
7.
Remove the four ½-inch hex bolts (two on each side) that hold the two front roller
8.
retainers to the siderail.
Slide the front roller up and out from the walking belt.
9.
Pull the walking belt towards the rear of the deck, then slide the rear roller out from
10.
between the siderails toward the rear of the treadmill.
Replace the rollers and reassemble the treadmill following steps 1-10 in reverse order.

Adjust the walking belt tension and tracking using the procedures on the following

pages.
Adjust the rear roller finger guards.
