INTRODUCTION:
This document is written for installers setting up a Skype Room System with
Logitech SmartDock and Logitech SmartDock Flex.
Installer: the installer should have the following knowledge and skills:
• Basic networking
• Basic AV
Separate from the physical installation. a system administrator will
need the following knowledge and skills:
• Skype for Business Endpoint
• Skype for Business Server
• Microsoft® Exchange on-premises
• Office 365® software cloud services
• Windows® 10 operating system troubleshooting
The system administrator, shall consult Microsoft Technet articles for
more information on planning, configuring and deploying skype room
systems.
