Remove the handle assembly of the shuttle or insulated container faucet by unscrewing the plastic bonnet.
7)
Gently wash the faucet seat cup with a soft cloth and warm, soapy water.
8)
Wash the faucet shank with a bottle brush.
9)
Soak the airpot pick-up tube assembly in hot, soapy water. Urn cleaner may be used for stronger cleaning.
10)
Clean the warmer and bottom of shuttle surfaces; these surfaces must be clean for proper heat transfer.
11)
Polish the exterior of the brewer with stainless steel cleaner. Use the appropriate cleaner for brass, copper
or vinyl if these optional finishes are provided.

page has information on performing common service tasks. A Troubleshooting section follows and can be used
to help determine the cause of problems with the equipment.
An illustrated parts breakdown follows and will help correctly identifying replacement parts. For factory assistance,
call 1-800-568-5715 , 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. EST. Rough-In Drawings are provided next.
Finally, Wiring Diagrams are provided for the various models covered in this manual
To Drain the Water Tank
1)
Turn off the power to the brewer and allow brewer to cool before draining. Remove the front right panel on
ICB equipment and the front panel on Columbia brewers.
2)
Pinch or clamp the tube from the fill valve to the tank and disconnect the tube from the fill valve. Place tube
over a drain and release the clamp.
To Remove the Brew Valve
1)
Turn off the power to the brewer and remove the top cover of the brewer.
2)
Disconnect the wires attached to the valve; remove the small vent tube from the valve as well.
3)
Tilt inlet of valve downward and pull sideways to disconnect the valve from the spray tee. Clamp tubing from
the tank to the valve and disconnect the tubing from the valve.
To Remove and Replace the Heaters
1)
Turn off the power to the brewer and remove the top cover of the brewer; disconnect wire leads to the heater
and thermistor.
2)
Remove tank cover after removing the three wing nuts securing the cover to the tank. Lift tank cover with
heater attached. Remove heater from tank cover.
3)
Replace heater with sealing washers in the same configuration; hold element so that it does not twist when
tightening nuts. Replace tank cover ensuring that the tanks lid seal is positioned correctly.
4)
Replace heater wires; ensure that all electrical connections are secure. Replace top cover to brewer and
reconnect power.
