Setting up the Rack
Connections
Up to 5 extension units can be connected to one network disk recorder (WJ-ND400).
Connect the extension unit and the network disk recorder with the connection cable (1 m {39.4 "}) provided.
Follow the points below when connecting the system in a new installation. Also, refer to the network disk recorder's Installation Guide.
Secure connection cable
Attach a cable clamp
for each connection cable.
Important:
•
Connecting extension units requires the included connection cable.
•
Be sure to use the cable clamp provided with the extension unit to secure the connection cable. If the connection is poor or the connector is
not secure, the system may become unstable and unable to record images.
•
Do not wind the cable in a coil.
