Basic Call Handling
Make an internal call
Make an external call
Dial by name
Receive a call
Hold a call

Transfer a call
Retrieve a call [If extension busy or no reply] Press the

Type the 1 3 letters of name on QWERTY keypad, the display will

Show the names available, use the
Scroll and OK to dial
Lift receiver or press loudspeaker
Press the 'Hold' key in the display, line will have a musical note
next to it
Press the key next to the musical note in the display
Dial extension number, announce call and press 'Transfer' key in
the display
[Release key], followed by the line key next to the
musical note
Whilst on a call, dial the voice mail extension _____, when
answered, dial * 8, enter destination mailbox number and press
the transfer key
Press the [Redial] key
From the Menu tab, press Redial List key, use the
arrow] to scroll through the numbers and press OK to dial
Dial extension number, display will show Wait, press 'Callback' in
the display and replace receiver
Display will show "Active Callback" [On Info tab], press the # key
to cancel
Dial 12 or scroll down and press 'Park' to park a call[Display will
show "Parking accepted"]
Lift receiver, dial 12 and extn number where call was parked
Lift receiver, dial broadcast group number 41 – 48
Whilst on a call, dial 3
"Conference" key or dial 50 to join all 3 together
Press "Conference" key or dial 50 and press transfer key or
replace receiver
Lift receiver, dial 13 and ringing extn number
Lift receiver, dial 14 or press Pick up key [The system will give you
the longest ringing call]
