SAFEWAY EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these instructions before use. The EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT is suitable for children from birth to 18 kg, newborn to
approximately 5 years.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - GROUP 0 (0 - 10 kg "REARWARD FACING")

When used as a Group 0 safety seat, i.e. when your infants mass is under 10 kg, the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT can be used
either in the front or rear of the vehicle
vehicle is equipped with a PASSENGER SEATAIR BAG, the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT must only be used in the rear seats. The
EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT must not be fitted in the middle of the rear seat if it is only equipped with a 2-POINT SEAT BELT (Lap
belt).
1. Adjust the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT to the sleeping position (See "How to adjust reclining positions" (Diagram 5)). The
EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT should be fully reclined to ensure appropriate support. It is not necessary to install the headrest
when in this position.
2. Fasten the seat belt in the seat where the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT will be used.
3. Place the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT in a rearward facing position.
4. Lift the lap part of the belt (horizontal belt) through the gaps on the base. Slip the lap part of the belt on each side over the protruding
base (Diagram 1).
5. Pull the diagonal strap of the safety belt as far out as is needed to place it behind the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT's backrest.

The strap must be fitted into the belt guide bracket mounted in the middle, on the back, at the rear of the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY
SEAT. (Diagrams 1 & 2)
6. Your EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT is now secured. To tighten the seat belt as much as possible, push the EXECUTIVE CAR
SAFETY SEAT down into the vehicle seat. Adjust the vehicle seat belt accordingly. Make sure that the belt is adjusted tightly. It is
quite normal for the safety belt of the vehicle to have some play after tensioning.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS - GROUP 1 (10 - 18 kg "FORWARD FACING")

When the child's mass exceeds 10 kg, it may now be transported facing forward. In this position the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT
should be placed on the rear seat of the vehicle. The EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT can only be used with a 3-Point seat belt. The
EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT must not be fitted in the middle of the rear seat if it is only equipped with a 2-Point seat belt (Lap belt).
1. Fasten the seat belt in the seat where the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT will be used.
2. Place the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT on the rear seat of the vehicle in a forward facing position.
3. Lift the lap part of the belt (horizontal belt) through the gaps in the base.Slip the lap part of the belt on each side over the protruding

4. Pull the diagonal strap of the safety belt as far out as is needed to place it behind the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT's backrest.

SAFETY SEAT down into the vehicle seat. Adjust the vehicle seat belt accordingly. Make sure that the belt is adjusted tightly. It is
quite normal for the safety belt of the vehicle to have some play after tensioning.

ATTACHING THE RED SAFETY CLIP

Once the EXECUTIVE SAFETY SEAT is fastened in the vehicle with the safety belt, pull the safety belt as tight as possible and then
place and fasten the RED SAFETY CLIP on the shoulder belt strap directly above the buckle to ensure stability of the EXECUTIVE
SAFETY SEAT.

HOW TO ADJUST RECLINING POSITIONS

The EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT features 5 different reclining positions, from seated to fully reclined. The EXECUTIVE CAR
SAFETY SEAT's position can be changed by simply pulling the red lever in the centre underneath the seat and adjusting the
EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT up or down. By releasing the lever, the seat locks automatically in the desired position (Diagram 5).

HOW TO USE THE EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT BUCKLE

1. Interlock the buckle parts attached to the shoulder straps so that they form one unit (Diagram 6).
2. Fit both parts into the buckle housing which is attached to the crotch strap (Diagram 7).
3. Press until engagement "
4. To release the buckle press the RED RELEASE BUTTON on the buckle.

HOW TO ADJUST THE HARNESS AND THREAD BELTS

In order to change the shoulder height adjustment, select the slots in the EXECUTIVE CAR SAFETY SEAT which are the correct height

just above your child's shoulders. If a change of height is necessary, unfasten the harness and separate the belts from the EXECUTIVE
CAR SAFETY SEAT.
