FAQ and troubleshooting

basic troubleshooting steps. If you are not able to resolve the issue, contact a nearest BenQ
service center for assistance immediately.

Power

Why does the device not respond after the Power button is pressed?
Connect the adapter to the device and electric outlet again. And make sure you have pressed
and held the Power button for at least 3 seconds.

Network connection

I have problems with setting up Wi-Fi.
Please follow these steps to solve the problems.
Have you already activated the Wi-Fi function on the device? Also, please make sure the Wi-Fi
icon on the status bar shows connection and strong signals. If you do not see the connection
icon, make sure if you have properly set up the Wi-Fi device in order to receive signals.
