15. Go to the Transfer "drop-down" menu in the HyperTerminal window
and select Send Text File... (Note that you need to set the Files of
type: field in the Send Text File dialog box to All files (*.*), as

Browse to location of the FPGA software upgrade file and select the
appropriate "mcs" file as follows (note that the file name may be
slightly different depending on the revision/version). For example:
