Before Starting Work Period
Check water level in batteries. Add
1.)
distilled water as needed (see pg 2).
2.)
Check vac motor and float for proper
seal. Set vac motor and float back in
place. Reconnect vac motor.
3.)
Check vac hose connection at
squeegee shoe.
4.)
Clean squeegee blades and check
for wear.
End of Work Period Before Storing
1.)
Drain both tanks and rinse clean.
2.)
Lift out vac motor and float
assemblies to allow recovery tank
to dry.
3.)
Remove brush or pad driver. Hang or
set upside down in a dry place.
4.)
Wipe down the exterior of the
machine with a damp cloth.
Raise squeegee assembly to "store"
5.)
position.
6.) Charge batteries (see page 2).
Use a hydrometer to check the
condition of each battery cell.
Check battery cable clamps. Ensure
clamps are tight on battery terminals.
Clean tops of batteries with
cloth and a solution of water and
baking soda. Wipe battery tops dry
after cleaning.
Check brush locking lugs for
looseness or damage.
Check solution strainer. Remove
and screen and rinse clean.
Ensure that the chain, pivot points,
and casters are properly lubricated.
Tighten any loose screws or nuts.

Remove batteries
and battery compartment.
Clean battery cable clamps and
battery terminals.
Remove the lower front cover and
check the drive chain tension.
Tighten, clean and lubricate
if necessary.
Check carbon motor brushes in the

Inspect the solution cable travel.
Clean and lubricate if necessary.
