Installation DPA 1.2500 Install the amplifier on a suitable, well-aerated place in the vehicle possibly on the Chassis sheet metal with the included sheet metal screws. The heating of the amplifier can reach a very high surface temperature. Enough space to high temperature sensible elements is absolutely necessary. - Page 5 Remote Connection DPA 1.2500 Lay the cable with small diameter from the car-radio- or CD-player-Remote clamp to the amplifier and fix onto the amplifier connection „REM“ (12) using an end splice. When switching on- or off the car-radio/CD-player, the amplifier will be switched on- or off with a time-invariant of 2 seconds by a soft muting.

- Page 8 The amplifier DPA 1.2500 has no phase invert circuit. The adjustment of the phase can be effected through a change of the poles of the loudspeaker cables on the subwoofer (+ to – and – to +).
- Page 9 Notice for current supply DPA 1.2500 In order to avoid potential differences and disturbances, it has to be guaranteed that the minus line (-) has the same cable diameter as the positive line (+). The car body is due to the high potential differences not suitable as minus pole for this use.
