• For lamp replacement use only lamp type indicated in the Maintenance/Replacing lamps section of this manual. The use of exposed flames is detrimental to the filters and may cause a fire risk, and must therefore be avoided in all circumstances. Any frying must be done with care in order to make sure that the oil does not overheat and ignite.
PART 3: INSTALLATION The hood is supplied with an upper air outlet (A1 – attachment to bayonet fitting + screw) for exterior fume extraction (Aspiration version A), remove the corresponding removable metal panel and install the tube connector. Check that selector G is in suction position (A). If it is not possible to discharge the cooking fumes and steam outside, the filtering version hood can be used, mounting a carbon filter (*).

PART 5: MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING Clean using ONLY the cloth dampened with neutral liquid detergent. DO NOT CLEAN WITH TOOLS OR INSTRUMENTS. Do not use abrasive products. DO NOT USE ALCOHOL! Grease filter - Carbon filter (*): it is/they are mounted on the back of the grill and must be changed once a month.
PART 6: BEFORE YOU CALL THE SERVICE CENTRE If the appliance is not working as it should check the following recommendations for resolving the most common problems. If the problem persists or it is not included in the table below, turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the power socket and contact an authorised service centre.
