the watch every night at midnight.

You can check your daily goal completion through the
3Plus HYBRID App's activity dashboard to see a detailed
overview of your daily, weekly, and monthly performance
by tapping on each activity row.
The watch will store your activity data for up to 7 days, so
remember to sync the watch to the HYBRID App regularly
to record your daily activity. We recommend syncing the
watch's data to the APP daily.
