Configuring the function settings

Automatically changing the input source names
displayed on the front display
Automatically changes the input source names displayed on the front display. You can
select a name created by the Auto Rename function.
Setup menu
"Function" > "Input Rename"
Input sources
HDMI 1-4, AV 1-3, AUDIO 1-2

Use the cursor keys to select an input source to be renamed.

Use the cursor keys to select "Auto".

To change another input source name, repeat steps 1 to 2.

Press SETUP.
This completes the settings.
Note
When "Auto" is selected, the created name is saved even after the external device is disconnected. To reset
to the default setting, switch the setting to "Manual" and then back to "Auto".
Manually changing the input source names
displayed on the front display
Allows the input source names displayed on the front display to be set manually.
Setup menu
"Function" > "Input Rename"
Input sources
HDMI 1-4, AV 1-3, AUX, AUDIO 1-2, TUNER, USB

Use the cursor keys to select an input source to be renamed.

Use the cursor keys to select "Manual" and press ENTER.
The edit screen is displayed.

Use the cursor keys and ENTER key to edit the name, and then
select "OK" and press ENTER.
Note
▪ To cancel the entry, select "CANCEL".
▪ If you select "RESET", the default input name will be inserted into the editing area.

To change another input source name, repeat steps 1 to 3.

Press SETUP.
This completes the settings.
