Upgrading Master Unit Firmware

Perform the following steps to upgrade the firmware in an 8380 RPC master unit:
1. Connect to the 8380 RPC as a
master unit.
2. Select the ... button and the Open
dialog will appear.
3. From the Open dialog, select the
appropriate firmware file and then
select Open.
4. The name of the firmware file will be displayed. To send the selected firmware file to the
8380 RPC, select Download.
5. The firmware upgrade will begin by updating the firmware of the master control unit. The
status bar at the bottom of the window will show the progress of the firmware upgrade
as shown in the following image.
6. Once the master control unit firmware is installed,
the Firmware Download Notification window will
appear. Select OK to proceed with the slave control
unit firmware upgrade.
