DETAILS ON THE SAFE ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION OF YOUR PRESSURE WASHER.
Unpacking
• Pressure Washer (pump, engine, cart base)
• Owner's Manual & Parts Pack (includes nuts, bolts, and
chemical suction tube)
• Handle Assembly
• Spray Gun
• Spray Lance
Assembly
1. Slide the handle assembly over the lower legs of the cart
base. Use the standard nut and bolt to secure the right
rear leg. See Figure 1.
2. An eyelet bolt is included with some models to secure the
engine pull cord. Use this bolt and nut to secure the left
rear leg. Be sure to pull the starter cord through before
tightening the bolt. See Figure 2.

3. Attach high pressure hose to gun using adjustable wrench.
Be careful not to overtighten. See Figure 3.
4. Attach spray lance to gun. See Figure 4.

Quick Start

• Quick Connect Spray Tips (not included with all models)
• High Pressure Hose
• Detergent Basket (not included with all models)
• Front Engine Guard (not included with all models)
NOTE: If any parts are missing, DO NOT RETURN THE UNIT TO
THE RETAILER. To receive replacement parts, call
1-800-330-0712. Have the model number of your pressure
washer ready (located on serial number tag).

5. Connect high pressure hose to the outlet connection on
pump. Hand tighten the knob. See Figure 5.
6. Attach clear, plastic chemical
suction tube to chemical
injector hose barb on the
pump. See Figure 6.
7. Secure garden hose (not
included) to the inlet
connection on pump. See
Figure 7.
FOR PW2458 ONLY
Attach front guard to cart base. Attach detergent basket to
front guard by snapping basket onto the guard and then
bolting down the basket. See Figures 8a and b.
