Here are a few troubleshooting tips and simple problems that you may run into in the field. If
there is an issue you can't handle, please feal free to call Techsupport at 1-800-435-8319.
Problem
LED, Marquee and Monitor not on
Game will not turn on
Remote Play Not Working

Troubleshooting

Probable Cause
a. Is the machine plugged in?
b. The standby switch on the back of the
machine is turned off.
c. Something is not connected.
a. Is the machine plugged in?
b. The machine itself is not getting power.
a. Various Reasons
Procedure
a. This is a very common mistake. Make
sure to check all the connectionson the
outside of the machine and inside.
Specifically around the powersupply and
the outlet on the wall.
b. There is a toggle switch on the back of
the machine near the power cord. This
shuts off power to the LED's, Marquee and
Monitor.
c. Check all connections, especially the
power cables and serial cable plugged into
the IOB.
a. This is a very common mistake. Make
sure to check all the connectionson the
outside of the machine and inside.
Specifically around the powersupply and
the outlet on the wall.
b. If the solution in a doesn't work, press
the red push button on the back of the
machine.
