Attaching Hydraulic Block

1. Remove cover from tractor hydraulic area
located under foot rest on right side of tractor.
Align attaching holes in tractor with holes in
hydraulic block. Install hydraulic block with O-
rings in place using (4) bolts, lockwashers and
O-rings. (Two ports are on top and one port to
lower front of tractor).
2. Install 90° pipe hydraulic elbow fitting in top
front pressure port and point toward front of
tractor.
3. Install straight pipe adapters into other two
ports.

Plumbing the Valve

(Refer to Figure 4)
1. Screw in three 90° hydraulic fittings into the power beyond tank, and pressure in the valve.
2. Screw in four straight fittings into the ports that control the lift and curl on top of the valve.
3. Screw in quick attaches into the straight fitting. Attach the dust caps to appropriate location shown in
Figure 4.

Attaching Valve to Tractor

(Refer to Figure 4)
1. Connect the valve bracket (8) to the right tractor
mount (1) with two HHCS M10 x 50 (14), two
M10 spring washers (15) and two M10 nuts
(16).
2. Bolt the valve to the bracket with the three
HHCS M8 x 50 (10), M8 lockwashers (12), M8
flatwashers (11) and M8 nuts (13).

Plumbing Loader

(Refer to Figure 4)
1. Connect the power beyond port to the power beyond fitting in the valve block and route hose to the valve
block and attach to appropriate port. Repeat on the pressure and tank ports.
2. Assemble adapter fittings (23) to boom oil tubes, starting from the bottom tube (5). Loosening the closest
oil line clamp may ease installation of these fittings and hoses. Connect hoses (17) to the adapter fittings,
again starting from the bottom tube (5).
3. Install dust caps (31) onto the free end of the hoses, and match color codes as shown in Figure 4.
4. Install male quick couplers (24) onto hoses and cap with dust caps (31).
5. Slide sleeve (30) over the four hoses and connect the sleeve to the steel oil lines on the boom.
