Oven exterior

As soon as bubbles begin to appear in the jars, reduce
the setting to about 100 ºC, and after that turn it off.
The tables will show when you can turn the oven off.
After bubbling 100 ºC
turn off
approx. 30 minutes
approx. 40 minutes
approx. 50 minutes
approx. 60 minutes
Never place the hot jars on a cold or wet surface,
30 ºC as this could cause the glass to crack.
Do not under any circumstances use a highpressure
or steam cleaner.
Simply wipe the appliance with a damp cloth. Add a
few drops of washing up liquid to the water if the dirt
is more difficult to remove. Wipe it dry with a dry cloth.
Never use strong or abrasive cleaning agents as these
can leave parts of the surfaces looking dull. In the
event that such cleaning agents are spilled onto the
appliance, wash the surface immediately with water.
Stainless steel appliances
Remove limescale, fat, cornflour and egg white marks
as soon as possible. Corrosion can build up under
such layers of dirt.
Commercial stainless steel cleaning products should
be used. Take good note of the claims made by each
