Is Q101 too hot to touch?
no
Is each part a regular one?
yes
Is any one of Q101-13pin(CX/CXON),
-43pin(SX/SXON) & -96pin(EXON)
outputting "H"? (*1)
The CLOCK is not input to each
operation mode after switching.
Check each checkup item for each
CLOCK mode.
